The Role: Enterprise Sales Development Representative - DACH Region

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach within the DACH region. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for our Account Executives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Deel's growth by actively prospecting new accounts within the DACH region through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine our sales playbook and technology stack.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities and ensuring seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
