Job Role: Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote/Hybrid

We are a global digital coaching organization supporting some of the world's leading companies, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct research on targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings.
  • Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to achieve overall sales targets.
  • Record and document all calls and communications in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a pipeline generation role, specifically in an outbound environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative approach to outreach prospective clients.
  • Understanding of B2B data sources and tools, such as Sales Force, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
