Enterprise Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team at Certus Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a robust prospect pipeline through research and outreach efforts
  • Identify potential enterprise clients across various regions and industries
  • Target and qualify prospects using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Conduct account mapping and extensive research to understand client needs and pain points
  • Action marketing-generated leads and deliver strategic outreach through emailing, calling, and other communication channels
  • Set and attend appointments with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to build a strategic sales approach and drive results
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Embody an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of results and driving growth
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of previous BDR or SDR sales experience
  • Experience in Software/SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong work ethic, with a focus on results-driven sales performance
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Confident, articulate, engaging, and energetic, with a strong presence in sales interactions
  • High standards of professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
