Enterprise Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team at Certus Recruitment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a robust prospect pipeline through research and outreach efforts
- Identify potential enterprise clients across various regions and industries
- Target and qualify prospects using CRM systems and sales tools
- Conduct account mapping and extensive research to understand client needs and pain points
- Action marketing-generated leads and deliver strategic outreach through emailing, calling, and other communication channels
- Set and attend appointments with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to build a strategic sales approach and drive results
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Embody an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of results and driving growth
- 1-2 years of previous BDR or SDR sales experience
- Experience in Software/SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on results-driven sales performance
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated history of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Confident, articulate, engaging, and energetic, with a strong presence in sales interactions
- High standards of professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Competitive base salary of 40-50k
- High/uncapped first-year OTE
