About the Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating and managing territory account plans, building relationships through both inbound and outbound activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, with a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) function to support lead generation.
  • Generating new leads, with approximately 30% of leads coming from your own efforts.


You will play a crucial role in breaking into the DACH market, where the company has established a presence over the past 18 months. As one of the first hires in the territory, you will have significant opportunities for personal and professional growth.


About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions into the DACH market, with a minimum of two years of closing experience.
  • Native German language proficiency and bilingual English skills.
  • A hunter-focused approach, with a strong ability to find new business opportunities.


In return, Adaptive Business Group offers a competitive salary of £75-80,000, plus uncapped OTE. The company values work-life balance and offers a flexible schedule, with four days in the office and one day working from home.
