Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at MetricStream. As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization and furthering our presence in the BFSI and Cross-Industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, highlighting MetricStream's GRC solutions as the transformative answer to the needs of our clients.
- Cultivate a consultative sales approach, demonstrating how MetricStream can elevate its GRC capabilities and provide value to our clients.
- Lead the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar ARR deals with CXOs at large enterprise accounts.
- Expand existing CXO relationships and build new ones, utilizing a combination of market insight, relationship-building prowess, solution expertise, and consultative approach, and act as a strategic partner.
- Manage your pipeline effectively by identifying and focusing on high-potential enterprise clients, while also addressing qualified demand generated by our marketing efforts.
- Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, ensuring a healthy mix of quantity and quality in your pipeline.
- Make meeting quotas more than just a goal; make it a regular practice. Approach your work with a drive for success that propels you to consistently surpass expectations.
- Leverage your exceptional sales skills to navigate complex deals and close with finesse and on time.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive enterprise software sales environment, with top-tier BFSI and Cross Industry accounts.
- German-speaking is a must for this role.
- GRC domain experience is preferred.
- Selling into personas of Risk, Compliance, Audit, Cyber, and Third Party is preferred.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations.
- A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a desire to maximize commission earnings.
- The preference is for candidates with a strong curiosity and rapid learning aptitude.
Compensation:
At MetricStream, annual base pay is one part of our total compensation package and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The annual base pay range for this role is: £75,000.00 to £113,000.00
