Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Executive
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- German-speaking is a must for this role.
- GRC domain experience is preferred.
- Selling into personas of Risk, Compliance, Audit, Cyber, and Third Party is preferred.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to build and nurture relationships and navigate organizations.
- A passion for consultative selling, backed by strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Driven by the pursuit of personal and professional success, with a desire to maximize commission earnings.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive at MetricStream, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization and furthering our presence in the BFSI and Cross-Industry sectors. We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive on the challenge of acquiring and securing new clients, as well as growing within existing strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the proactive individual who seeks out new sales opportunities, highlighting MetricStream's GRC solutions as the transformative answer to their needs.
- Cultivate a consultative sales approach, demonstrating how MetricStream can elevate its GRC capabilities and provide value.
- Lead the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of high-value, multi-million-dollar ARR deals with CXOs at large enterprise accounts.
- Expand existing CXO relationships and build new ones, utilize a combination of market insight, relationship-building prowess, solution expertise, and consultative approach, and act as a strategic partner.
- Manage your pipeline effectively by identifying and focusing on high-potential enterprise clients, while also addressing qualified demand generated by our marketing efforts.
- Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, ensuring a healthy mix of quantity and quality in your pipeline.
- Make meeting quotas more than just a goal; make it a regular practice. Approach your work with a drive for success that propels you to consistently surpass expectations.
- Leverage your exceptional sales skills to navigate complex deals and close with finesse and on time.

Compensation Data:
At MetricStream, annual base pay is one part of our total compensation package and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The annual base pay range for this role is: £75,000.00 to £113,000.00
