Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Client name withheld. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for 15 existing cross-industry blue-chip global customers.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Proactively upsell and cross-sell new and enhanced products and services to customers.
  • Sales and Account Management: Identify and close sales with new buying points, thereby increasing the company's commercial footprint with each customer account.
  • Partnership Approach: Adopt a partnership approach, develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers up to C-Level, especially customer procurement and legal teams.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate new pricing, Master Software licensing agreements (MSLA) to ensure efficient renewals of existing and securing new licenses.
  • CRM Management: Deliver accurate and time-sensitive robust solutions using Salesforce and ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is up to date with accurate information.
  • Research and Analysis: Proactively research, identify industry trends, and be cognizant of developments within each customer specifically changes which may influence customer buying behavior.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations using account metrics and forecasting for both the customer and internal company teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years Experience: Customer-facing account management experience in a software licensing/subscriptions SaaS/technology business.
  • Commercially Astute: Proven ability to identify and close new opportunities and be their point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Strong Relationships: Building strong relationships with tech users.
  • Agility and Organizational Skills: Agility working in a fast-growth/scale-up expanding business and strong organizational skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Mindset: Curious and learning-focused mindset.
  • Team Player: Deep understanding of what a real team player/net contributor is.

Desirable Skills:

  • Language Skills: Fluent French and/or German.
