About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and fluent German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team at Tabnine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business pipeline through outbound prospecting, researching target accounts, and identifying key players to build targeted messaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting, research target accounts, identify key players and build targeted messaging
  • Gain exposure to the Enterprise sales process and work cross-functionally with many segments of our team including Senior Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales, Engineering, Services & Support, etc.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with C-Level and senior leaders at large enterprises to create meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
  • Be a prospecting subject matter expert - share learnings and best practices of the outbound process with the organization to support the success of the team
Requirements
  • Must be a fluent German speaker
  • Must be fearless on the phone and persistent in initial reach out & follow-up with accounts over time
  • Humility is a must - check your ego and office politics at the door
  • Experience working with Cloud (AWS, GCP, or others) - a big plus
  • Previous experience with outbound sales in Enterprise accounts is required
