We are seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Representative to play a key role in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Generate quality sales opportunities for CHEQ's Enterprise platform through proactive and strategic prospecting work
- Research accounts to understand prospects' needs and build a plan for how to educate the prospect on the benefits of CHEQ's platforms
- Engage CHEQ's ideal prospects and move them down the sales pipeline using various methods
- Manage marketing leads through a defined process
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and other tools
- Meet BDR metrics, assigned goals, and quarterly targets
- Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
- Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects
- Work closely with the Account Executives team to identify and uncover opportunities at target accounts
- Support successful outbound campaigns
- Sales experience in SaaS companies - a major advantage
- Startup mindset - make things happen, self-learning, winning attitude, go above and beyond, out-of-the-box thinking
- Hunter - comfortable making outbound cold calls targeting multiple-level contacts, including executive management
- Excellent lead follow-up skills, responding to and qualifying leads from marketing-generated campaigns and incoming inquiries
- Excellent prospecting, nurturing, educating, and qualifying target prospects to create sales-ready opportunities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively
- Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection handling skills
- Superb communications skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to demonstrate products highlighting benefits, advantages, and features
- Self-starter, with a high-energy, positive phone presence
- Fluent in German - an advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment that requires in-office teamwork
