About the Role

Belmont Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Housing Support Coordinator for a temporary position that may lead to a longer-term opportunity based on performance and suitability. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver Comprehensive Support: Provide exceptional assistance to service users, enabling them to set, pursue, and achieve their personal goals.
  • Manage Diverse Casework: Handle complex cases involving safeguarding, domestic issues, mental health, and support for older individuals, ensuring a holistic approach to service delivery.
  • Oversee Property Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe living environment for all residents.
  • Facilitate Tenancy Management: Support residents in adhering to tenancy agreements, collaborating with various stakeholders to address housing management challenges.
  • Conduct Inspections: Regularly assess living conditions and carry out necessary risk evaluations to enhance resident safety.
  • Develop Support Plans: Create and manage individualized support strategies tailored to the needs of residents.
