Position: Community Housing Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract (18 months)

Salary: £39,897 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Community Housing Coordinator to join our team for an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Role Overview:
As a Community Housing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver an efficient housing management service. Key duties will encompass:
  • Overseeing tenancy management
  • Identifying and facilitating estate enhancement projects
  • Addressing issues related to anti-social behaviour
  • Assessing and responding to support needs

Community Engagement:
As a resident-focused housing association, a significant aspect of your role will involve engaging with residents and fostering community development. You will work collaboratively with our residents, external partners, and agencies to uphold our performance standards.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and can exhibit a high degree of empathy, resilience, and confidence when tackling various challenges. You should thrive in a proactive environment, working alongside residents, colleagues, and partners to enhance our services.
