Clarion Housing is seeking a Residential Scheme Coordinator to oversee our properties at Seaview Court, Selsey. With a positive mindset, you will independently manage and prioritize your workload.

This role is diverse and involves direct interaction with residents, assisting them in maintaining their independence and well-being. While working alone, you will receive support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team, along with a Training and Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the general management of the building, including coordinating repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the property structure.
  • Manage contractors for services such as weekly cleaning, gardening, and bi-monthly window cleaning.
  • Act as the primary contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and property modifications, providing guidance and understanding to residents, particularly those aged 60 and above.
  • Utilize IT applications such as Outlook and Word to perform various administrative tasks.

About the Scheme:

The scheme comprises 44 properties, including one and two-bedroom flats. Communal facilities include a resident's lounge, laundry room, and shared gardens. This position involves working independently, with support available from a Regional Manager, Head Office Team, and a Training and Support Assistant.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be expected to work Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day between 9 AM and 1 PM.
