Key Responsibilities

As the Community Housing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Housing Management team in delivering a dependable and consistent service to residents.
- Enhancing resident satisfaction and fostering trust to ensure that residents feel at home.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residents within your designated area, which encompasses approximately 500 – 600 homes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with both colleagues and residents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a determination to achieve results.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to fulfilling promises made to residents.
- Excellent time management capabilities and the ability to handle a complex workload while meeting critical deadlines.
- Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
