Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an Asset Condition Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with conducting thorough assessments of various properties, including homes and communal blocks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging and executing comprehensive condition surveys of our housing stock.
  • Accurately documenting findings related to property condition, age, necessary repairs, and the lifespan of building components.
  • Providing valuable insights to inform future maintenance and improvement programs.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this position, you should possess:

  • A solid understanding of different construction methods and potential property defects.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, planning processes, and building standards.
  • Knowledge of the Decent Homes standard, HHSRS, and EPC guidelines.
  • Experience with asset management databases is advantageous.

Customer Engagement:
