Opportunity: Asset Manager Level 4 - End Point Assessor

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as an independent end-point assessor for Asset Manager Level 4 apprenticeships. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that apprentices meet the rigorous standards set by employers within the asset management field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in training and standardization activities to maintain the highest assessment quality.
  • Continuously develop your professional skills through ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, evaluating their performance against established criteria.
  • Adhere to strict assessment protocols and quality assurance procedures to ensure fairness and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and report any risks or issues encountered during the assessment process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and external quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of proven occupational competence in asset management.
  • Possess a deep understanding of asset management principles and practices.
  • Hold a qualification at least at Level 6 in a relevant professional field.
  • Have experience working within quality assurance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately assess and report risks.

Additional Information:

  • You will need access to personal IT equipment and a secure email account for communication.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel for assessment arrangements is required.
  • Attendance at standardization events may be necessary.
