Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of all aspects of the deal process and subsequent portfolio management
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses
  • Contribute to the creation of investment committee memos and reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including advisors, lawyers, management teams, and sponsors

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university (2:1 or higher)
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with a clear understanding of financial statements
  • Ability to communicate effectively and meet various deadlines
  • Knowledge of European mid-market private investing
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance, Private Credit, or Private Equity
