Role Overview
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the management of outstanding work orders and payments related to daily operations, compliance, and planned maintenance tasks.
You will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality, customer-centric repair service.
Additionally, you will support the contract management process.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in supplier relations, managing payments, and resolving disputes or inquiries regarding invoices.
- Background in a customer-focused environment, engaging with the public in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of customers and contractors across various communication platforms.
- Proficient in IT systems, particularly those related to payment processing and asset management.
- Knowledge of building structures to assist in diagnosing repair needs.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to swiftly and calmly address issues.
- Capability to convey complex information to a varied audience, including those for whom English is not a first language.
- Demonstrated listening skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Educational qualifications in English and Mathematics (minimum grade C GCSE), with a strong aptitude for working with numbers and data.
- Willingness to attend meetings outside of standard office hours as necessary.
- Commitment to transparency in sharing information and keeping stakeholders informed.
