We are a small property management company with a team of 6 dedicated professionals. Our mission is to provide exceptional service to our clients by fostering strong relationships between landlords and tenants.

Job Summary

We are seeking two Property Administrators to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining open communication with landlords and tenants, organizing and conducting property inspections, and performing other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Conduct property inspections and provide detailed reports
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a property management or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
