Lettings Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team at Property Personnel. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for managing and progressing paperwork for new lettings deals, as well as providing administrative support to our lettings team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and progress paperwork for new lettings deals
  • Provide administrative support to the lettings team
  • Assist with greeting and welcoming visitors, handing out keys, and maintaining accurate records of property keys
  • Responsible for main line telephone calls, voicemails, emails, and post
  • Assist other offices and lettings departments as required
  • Process new tenancies, arrange check-in appointments, and generate tenancy agreements
  • Chase move-in funds from tenants and ensure documentation compliance
  • Record occupant data, send welcome letters, and update utility switching portals
  • Send terms of business and client ID requests, and assist with marketing efforts
Requirements and Skills:
  • At least 2 years' experience in residential property administration
  • ARLA qualifications an advantage
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and administrative skills
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
