Job Summary

We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Property Managers to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining open communication with clients and tenants, organizing and conducting property inspections, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records, perform administrative duties, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, tenants, and team members, ensuring all parties are informed and up-to-date on property-related matters.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with property management software.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of clients and tenants.
