In collaboration with a team of maintenance personnel and under guidance, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties, estates, and communal areas are maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe and welcoming environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic knowledge of trade skills, including lock changes, door frame repairs, leak detection and repair, painting, and decorating.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties in accordance with health and safety and maintenance protocols.
  • Possess a solid understanding of social housing principles.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in daily tasks.
  • Experience in cleaning, caretaking, or facilities management roles.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks and safely store equipment post-use.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Availability for out-of-hours duties, including staff rota coverage and emergency response.
