Electrical Supervisor Job Description

At Platinum Facilities Maintenance Services, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our electrical maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical services with other facility operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and training.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Electrical C&G/NVQ or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building services.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
