Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing excellent maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake carpentry, handyman, plumbing, and building maintenance works, including reactive and PPM works.
  • Perform tasks such as changing locks, fabric repairs, leak detection/repair, unblocking toilets/sinks, replacement pipework, water temperature checks, replacement water boilers, flushing, servicing, and/or replacement of thermostatic mixer valves, water sampling, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven building maintenance experience.
  • Previously working in commercial environments.
  • Recognised NVQ Level 2 in a building trade would be desirable.
  • Good Health & Safety awareness.
  • Experience of using a handheld device (PDA).
