Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Cycas Hospitality. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or defects to the Regional Maintenance Manager.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the hotel's facilities are always available for guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt hotel operations.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
