About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete scheduled maintenance and repairs on HVAC plant and equipment to a high standard.
  • Respond promptly to service call requests and assess the requirements of the job to carry out repairs within agreed timescales.
  • Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets, including air handling units, gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, and more.
  • Identify non-repairable faults and advise the Line Manager of findings, making recommendations for suitable replacement.
  • Work within our Health, Safety & Environmental policies at all times.

About You

  • You will hold recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, including at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  • You will be F Gas (2079) qualified and have a 17th or 18th Edition qualification (desirable).
  • You will be professional, pleasant, friendly, flexible, courteous, and helpful at all times, with a hands-on, can-do approach to your work.
  • You will have experience of HVAC/Gas in a multi-site environment and hold a full driving license, willing to travel on a daily basis.
