Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance activities and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Respond to Reactive and emergency breakdown situations and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Engage in on-call duties to provide after-hours assistance to clients.
  • Identify and implement strategies to minimize energy usage on-site.
  • Oversee subcontractors to guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks and Health and Safety regulations.
Technical Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds Level III certification or equivalent in Mechanical discipline (essential).
  • Completion of City & Guilds BS 2391 Level 3 Electrical Inspection & Testing (desirable).
  • Proven experience in maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of various equipment including boiler systems, ventilation units, pumps, and generators.
