Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our dedicated building maintenance team at UCL's university campus in Stratford. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake electrical and building maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance against contractual SLA's and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across the hard services operation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • 18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience
  • Previous team leadership experience would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of HSE & compliance
