Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housing Operations Manager to lead the income, service, and performance management of Causeway's housing portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housing services, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of housing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent services.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including landlords, contractors, and other external partners, to maintain constructive working relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of our housing services, including income management, service delivery, and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and support, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in housing policy and legislation, and ensure that our services are compliant with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing housing services, including income management, service delivery, and customer engagement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
