Role Overview:
We are seeking three Regional Housing Coordinators to enhance our operational teams in London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a customer-centric and efficient regional administration service to the Neighbourhood Team.
- Report communal repairs to contractors, ensuring accurate record-keeping and managing gas safety processes.
- Liaise with contractors and raise Purchase Orders as necessary.
- Maintain records of garage tenancies, process lettings and terminations, while maximizing income collection.
- Collaborate with colleagues on property inspections.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

You should be capable of producing clear, precise, and concise records, with the ability to analyze data from various sources effectively.

Strong organizational skills are essential to manage a busy workload efficiently.
