CK Group is seeking a Meeting Coordinator to support a prominent organization in the pharmaceutical sector on a contractual basis. This position is fully remote, with responsibilities spanning across various regions, necessitating occasional travel.

Regions of Focus:
Scotland, North East, North West, Yorkshire.

Compensation:
Hourly rates ranging from £19.98 to £26.64, contingent upon experience. This role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the comprehensive process of independent meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Business Managers.
  • Oversee the sponsorship process for Health Care Professionals attending national and international congresses, including delegate management and logistical coordination with the National Marketing Coordinator, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of speaker meetings and independent meetings within your designated region.

Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, ideally in a coordination or project management capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to interactions with Health Care Professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across various teams.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within set timelines.
