Job Description

Job Title: Event Coordinator - EMEA Region

Job Summary:

Flywire is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in the EMEA region. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact client events that support the business in telling our brand story and positioning Flywire as a thought-leader across key topical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, plan, and execute high-impact client events that maximize client engagement
  • Project management and delivery of a range of event types, including conferences, training events, briefings, roundtables, webinars, third-party conferences, and exhibitions
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and other stakeholders to promote and publicize events
  • Negotiate contracts and maximize supplier relations
  • Manage all project elements within time limits and on budget
  • Budget management, including detailed project budgets and forecasts
  • Commitment to compliance with all insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations
  • Provide high-quality on-site/on-the-day virtual/hybrid logistics management
  • Conduct detailed post-event evaluations, reporting on outcomes and maximizing ROI and achievement of event objectives

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in the corporate events sector or in-house corporate
  • Demonstrates a successful track record of managing events from start to completion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands
  • Previous experience using Cvent, Zoom, and Marketo (desired but not essential)
