CK Group is seeking a Meeting Coordinator to support a prominent organization in the pharmaceutical sector on a contractual basis. This position is entirely remote, although it requires occasional travel within specified regions.

- Yorkshire

Compensation:
The hourly rate ranges from £19.98 to £26.64, contingent upon experience. This role falls within IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the comprehensive process of independent meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Business Managers.
  • Oversee the sponsorship process for Health Care Professionals attending national and international congresses, including delegate management and logistical coordination with the National Marketing Coordinator, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of speaker meetings and independent meetings within your designated region.

Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, ideally in a coordination or project management capacity.
  • Strong comprehension of compliance regulations related to interactions with Health Care Professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across various teams.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
