Position Overview:

CK Group is seeking a skilled Meeting Coordinator to support a prominent organization within the pharmaceutical sector on a contractual basis. This position is entirely remote, with the requirement for occasional travel across specified regions.

Regions Covered:
Scotland, North East, North West, Yorkshire.

Compensation:
Hourly rates ranging from £19.98 to £26.64, commensurate with experience. This role falls under IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the comprehensive process of independent meetings from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with Territory Business Managers to ensure alignment and support.
  • Oversee the sponsorship process for Health Care Professionals attending national and international congresses, including delegate management and logistical coordination with the National Marketing Coordinator, while adhering to company policies and compliance regulations.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of speaker meetings and independent events within your designated region.

Candidate Profile:
  • A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, ideally in a coordination or project management capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations related to interactions with Health Care Professionals.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
  • A meticulous approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
