About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Front of House Manager to join our team at Love Success plc. As a Regional Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring standards across our portfolio of contracts in London, Reading, Uxbridge, and Slough area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Monitor Standards: Regularly audit and monitor standards to ensure consistency in service delivery.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to queries and complaints, and offering resolutions and actions.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative Front of House ideas to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Site Cover Arrangements: Coordinate site cover arrangements for Front of House employees, utilizing the internal flex team and third-party suppliers.
  • Policies and Procedures: Review and develop Front of House policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably with a 5-star client service background.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field.
