Opportunity Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Manager to oversee our Private Clients division in the Southern region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Oversight: Manage regional financial performance against the established budget, including:
    • Resource management within the designated headcount
    • Revenue and time tracking
    • Management of aged work in progress
    • Collaboration with credit control for debt recovery
    • Identification of recruitment needs to support regional growth
  • Performance Management: Ensure consistent regional performance by meeting established performance metrics such as:
    • Client service level agreements
    • Exception reporting
    • External audit compliance
    • Internal quality assurance
    • Client feedback initiatives
    • Complaint resolution
  • Caseload Management: Oversee personal caseload while supporting team cases as needed, including:
    • Complaint resolution assistance
    • Mentoring team members
    • Providing support during absences
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate processes and systems to enhance:
    • Operational efficiency
    • Innovative solutions
    • Accurate management information
    • A dynamic work environment
    • Leading onboarding practices
  • Staff Development: Foster an environment conducive to professional growth through:
    • Timely performance appraisals
    • Encouragement of professional qualifications
    • Identification and facilitation of training needs
    • Organizing mentoring opportunities

  • Collaboration with Specialists: Work closely with Product Heads to:
    • Identify future specialist capabilities
    • Ensure compliance with product requirements
    • Encourage technical development
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and pursue regional growth opportunities by:
    • Collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives
    • Working with the regional team to capitalize on opportunities
    • Promoting a client-focused environment
    • Providing resources for account management of clients
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the private clients loss adjusting sector, with a strong background in team management, coaching, and mentoring. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships. Candidates should demonstrate excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, and be highly self-motivated.
