Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking an accomplished Executive Manager to lead our Private Clients team in the Southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage regional financial performance against the established budget, including:
    • Effective resource management within headcount limits
    • Meeting revenue and time logging targets
    • Overseeing aged work in progress (WIP)
    • Assisting in debt recovery efforts
    • Identifying recruitment needs to support regional growth
  • Performance Management: Ensure consistent regional performance by meeting established performance metrics such as:
    • Client service level agreements (SLAs)
    • Exception reporting
    • External audits
    • Internal quality assurance measures
    • Client feedback initiatives
    • Complaint resolution
  • Team Support: Manage personal caseload while providing support to team members, including:
    • Assisting with complaint resolution
    • Mentoring junior staff
    • Providing coverage during absences
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance processes and systems to achieve:
    • Optimal operational efficiency
    • Innovative solutions
    • Accurate management information on all cases
    • A dynamic and engaging work environment
    • A leading onboarding experience
  • Staff Development: Foster an environment conducive to professional growth through:
    • Timely performance appraisals
    • Encouragement of professional qualifications
    • Identification and delivery of training needs
    • Organizing mentoring opportunities
    • Succession planning for skill development
  • Collaboration with Specialists: Work closely with Product Heads to support specialist practices by:
    • Identifying future specialist capabilities
    • Ensuring alignment with product requirements
    • Encouraging technical development
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and capitalize on regional growth opportunities by:
    • Collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives
    • Working with teams to recognize and pursue opportunities
    • Promoting a client-focused environment
    • Providing resources for account management of clients
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the private clients loss adjusting sector, coupled with significant team management capabilities, including coaching and mentoring. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, along with a high degree of self-motivation and drive. A commitment to delivering high-quality outputs on time, with a focus on communication and organization, is crucial.
