About the Role:

A Regional Sales Manager is required for De Lacy Executive Recruitment to lead our sales efforts in the agricultural sector. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for managing a team of field-based sales representatives and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of field-based sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the agricultural industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the agricultural sector. You will have a strong understanding of the industry and its key players, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the agricultural sector.
