Opportunity Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Manager to lead our Private Clients division in the South region.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Financial Oversight: Ensure financial performance aligns with the regional budget, which includes:
    • Efficient management of regional resources within the designated headcount
    • Meeting revenue and time logging targets
    • Managing aged work in progress (WIP)
    • Assisting in debt recovery efforts
    • Identifying recruitment needs to support profitable regional growth
  • Performance Management: Deliver consistent regional performance against established metrics such as:
    • Client service level agreements (SLAs)
    • Exception reporting
    • External audits
    • Internal quality assurance measures
    • Client feedback initiatives
    • Complaint resolution
  • Case Management: Oversee your own caseload while supporting team cases as needed, including:
    • Assisting with complaint resolutions
    • Providing mentorship
    • Offering support during staff absences
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance processes and systems to achieve:
    • Optimal operational efficiency
    • Innovative solutions
    • Accurate management information on all cases
    • A dynamic and engaging work environment
    • A leading onboarding experience
  • Staff Development: Foster an environment conducive to staff growth through:
    • Timely performance appraisals
    • Encouragement of professional qualifications
    • Facilitation of training needs
    • Provision of effective mentoring
    • Succession planning for skill development
  • Collaboration with Specialist Practices: Work closely with Product Heads to ensure:
    • Identification of future specialist capabilities
    • Fulfillment of requirements from Product Heads
    • Promotion of technical development and learning
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify and act on regional growth opportunities by:
    • Collaborating with the Head of Private Clients on strategic initiatives
    • Engaging with the regional team to uncover and implement opportunities
    • Encouraging a client-focused environment
    • Providing resources for effective account management of clients
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in the private clients loss adjusting sector, along with substantial team management expertise, including coaching and mentoring capabilities. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with a proven ability to build effective working relationships. Candidates should demonstrate excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a self-motivated and driven approach. A commitment to delivering high-quality outputs on time, along with strong communication and organizational skills, is crucial.
