Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for emma by being the primary representative in the field. The RSM is tasked with achieving revenue and expansion objectives for the designated area and is accountable for managing the complete sales process, supported by strategic Go-To-Market initiatives.

The RSM's responsibilities include identifying, engaging, converting, and closing significant mid-market and enterprise deals within the territory, interacting with decision-makers at the executive level and below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets as outlined in the commission structure and compensation agreements.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, including pipeline development and management.
  • Formulate and implement regional sales strategies and initiatives to meet local targets aligned with overall Sales and GTM strategies.
  • Engage with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), relevant personas, and executive sponsors to effectively navigate enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
  • Monitor and respond to market trends, adjusting regional sales strategies in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Work with senior management to establish regional objectives and plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments through regular feedback loops to enhance customer experience, enablement, and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM (Hubspot) data integrity and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field relevant to IT or Cloud Computing.
  • A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive sales experience with a proven track record of selling to enterprise clients.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives in enterprise settings.
  • Background in cloud computing, B2B SaaS, or DevOps tools.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sense of ownership to achieve regional sales objectives.
  • Documented experience in selling Cloud Computing, Storage, or Network solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region and to attend events.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
