Job Summary:

Red Bull is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team. As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the fitness industry, identifying opportunities to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull products, and implementing regional activations to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to grow distribution in fitness outlets, ensuring alignment with the company's sports strategy and leveraging local trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at independent and small chain gyms, identifying opportunities to drive availability and visibility of Red Bull products.
  • Implement regional activations, working closely with the shopper team, brand team, and field marketing team to make Red Bull top of mind and drive sales.
  • Manage multiple operating groups and franchise groups, developing joint business plans to unlock new distribution opportunities.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and relationships to create brand awareness and education, ensuring all contacts are educated on Red Bull as a brand and a product.
  • Optimize contact matrices to drive maximum availability and visibility of Red Bull products.
  • Travel extensively (80-90%) to meet with key stakeholders and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Passion and experience in the fitness industry, with a deep understanding of the type of venues and how they operate.
  • Track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Ability to build and present a compelling story with insight and commercial awareness.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
