As they expand, they are on the lookout for a motivated Regional Sales Executive to enhance their team and contribute to their ongoing achievements. The compensation package includes a base salary of £40k-£50k, with an additional OTE of £12k and a £4k car allowance.

Position Overview:
In the role of Regional Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of their outstanding products. Your duties will include both sales responsibilities and opportunities for advancement within the organization as it continues to grow.

The main office is located in Manchester, and you will be required to attend in-person meetings once a month, as this position allows for remote work.


Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement a thorough account management strategy in partnership with your team.
*Assess and enhance existing customer accounts to uncover new sales prospects.
*Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients.
*Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
*Provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications:
*Demonstrated experience in regional sales management, preferably within the highway sector or a related industry. Experience in selling to the Highway Industry or Public Sector is essential.
*Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
*Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to think strategically and make informed, data-driven decisions.
*A positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
*Willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation:
*Base salary of £40k-£50k, plus commission of £12k (OTE)
