Regional Sales Executive

Are you a driven and self-starting professional with a knack for cultivating relationships and generating new business opportunities? We have an exciting position available for you.

Location: Covering multiple regions
Salary: Competitive base salary + OTE + Company vehicle + laptop and mobile device

Hewett Recruitment, a prominent player in the postural care and management sector, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. You will be part of an organization dedicated to providing outstanding service to its clientele. After completing a thorough training and mentorship program, you will gain expertise in the products you represent and feel confident in engaging with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and nurture existing client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new leads to meet sales objectives
  • Organize your schedule and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Become a product specialist post-training, capable of effectively demonstrating the product range to clinicians, caregivers, families, and end users
  • Represent the organization and its offerings at industry events
  • Accurately maintain and update the CRM system
  • Conduct market research and analysis as needed

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Outstanding relationship management abilities
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong presentation capabilities
  • Self-motivated individual who can efficiently manage their time and schedule
  • Organized and confident in handling administrative tasks
  • Proactive with a desire to enhance existing skills and knowledge

Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance and be open to occasional overnight travel as necessary.
