Position: Regional Sales Executive


We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Executive responsible for driving sales across various regions.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, focusing on selling traceability solutions (both software and hardware) to manufacturers in sectors such as food production, industrial operations, logistics, and pharmaceuticals.

Some travel to client locations will be necessary.


As the Regional Sales Executive, you will serve as the primary contact for both new and existing client inquiries, addressing requests for a range of software and hardware solutions.

A background in software, electronic systems, engineering, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory. However, a keen interest in technology and IT systems is essential due to the nature of our offerings.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and reporting on all facets of the sales process from initial inquiry through technical development, order placement, and equipment commissioning.
  • Building relationships to uncover additional growth opportunities within existing accounts by introducing our product range and new offerings.
  • Identifying new clients for our equipment and the array of products and services we provide.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Internal Sales teams to follow up on promotional campaigns.
  • Establishing relationships and effectively presenting to, working with, and negotiating with various end-users, including Technical, Quality, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Production personnel.
  • Arranging and conducting meetings and product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually.
  • Working with Contracts Managers to enhance the relationship between service contracts and new product sales.
  • Supporting broader customer initiatives such as Key Account management.
  • Generating and achieving sales targets aligned with company budgets and objectives.
  • Creating sales plans and forecasts aimed at expanding the territory in accordance with the company's strategy.
  • Engaging in outbound calls to clients to foster relationships and drive sales.
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to enhance brand awareness and generate new interest.
  • Updating the CRM system promptly with all opportunities and relevant information.
  • Inputting Technical Resource Forms into the CRM to manage technical inquiries, quotes, or new business development requirements.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Prior experience in selling capital equipment, software, or similar products.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
  • Confidence in using virtual meeting platforms such as Teams or Zoom.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
