About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of our cloud services among our largest and fastest-growing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute complex account plans to accelerate customer business outcomes and recommend AWS products and services.
  2. Work backwards from customer business needs to accelerate adoption of the most appropriate AWS services.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, using interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and ensure short-term technology decisions align with long-term goals.
  4. Partner with customer-facing AWS teams to define strategy and engage with customers to drive adoption.
  5. Act as a thought leader in the wider community, educating and sharing best practices, and presenting at events.
Requirements
  1. Experience in direct sales of technology, software, or cloud to C-level executives, technical stakeholders, and line-of-business users in the financial services industry.
  2. Ability to develop and execute complex account plans.
