Job Title: Regional Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Account Manager to join our team at Career Cross Limited. As a Regional Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers in the London and South-East area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and face-to-face meetings
  • Utilize CRM system and Microsoft Dynamics NAV to manage customer interactions and sales data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, with a minimum of 2 years in a field sales role
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Highly IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results
