**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead monthly team meetings to discuss results, provide training, and give direction on key strategic priorities for the forthcoming period.
- Provide field insight for any future opportunities or challenges with line manager to drive continuous improvements.
- Employ the correct capability to ensure delivery of KPI's/ROI and provide a talent pipeline for the future.
- Carry out individual performance appraisals and implement personal development plans.
- Conduct regular analysis of team performance in conjunction with data insights and production of weekly and monthly reports as agreed with line manager.
**Requirements:**
- A natural leader focused on delivering world-class customer service to your client that will deliver long-term mutual success.
- A full manual driving licence and ability to travel nationally.
- Some overnight stays may be required.
