Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries and communications related to theatre operations.
  • Provide administrative support to theatre staff.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels of medical supplies and consumables in the theatre.
  • Oversee the ordering and procurement of medications for clinical areas.
  • Facilitate the procurement of necessary supplies for all departments.
  • Serve as the primary contact for theatre-related matters.
  • Gather and present quotations promptly and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain essential databases for operational efficiency.
  • Prepare patient documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate communication between consultants and their administrative teams.
  • Foster effective communication with other departments and external organizations.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Ramsay Health's objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by department heads and senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics.
  • Experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Good presentation skills.
