Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries and communications related to theatre operations.
- Provide administrative support to theatre staff.
- Ensure optimal stock levels of medical supplies and consumables in the theatre.
- Oversee the ordering and procurement of medications for clinical areas.
- Facilitate the procurement of necessary supplies for all departments.
- Serve as the primary contact for theatre-related matters.
- Gather and present quotations promptly and accurately.
- Develop and maintain essential databases for operational efficiency.
- Prepare patient documentation as needed.
- Coordinate communication between consultants and their administrative teams.
- Foster effective communication with other departments and external organizations.
- Contribute to the achievement of Ramsay Health's objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by department heads and senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in English and Mathematics.
- Experience in a customer service role is essential.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Good presentation skills.
