Role Overview

Sports Directory is a proud member of Frasers Group, dedicated to merging sports with education. We believe that education extends beyond textbooks and classrooms; it involves character development, teamwork, and fostering both physical and mental well-being.

Our goal is to empower educators and students to reach their full potential by promoting an environment where physical education is valued equally with academic success. Established in 1993, Sports Directory is the leading provider of sports education equipment and specializes in educational resources.

As a Client Support Specialist at Sports Directory UK, you will be essential in delivering exceptional service and assistance to our customers. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, processing orders, and promoting products to enhance the customer experience. Your ability to cultivate relationships, resolve issues, and drive sales will be vital to your success in this position.

You will collaborate closely with team members to monitor customer inquiries daily and respond to them via phone, web, or email, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to provide recommendations and promote additional sales when appropriate. Once an order is received, you will accurately enter it into the system, follow up as necessary, and address any complaints or returns.

This is a full-time position based on-site, Monday to Friday.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in a B2B customer support setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but all applications will be considered. Familiarity with SAGE is a plus.
