Sports Directory is honored to be part of Frasers Group, dedicated to merging sports with education. We understand that education transcends textbooks and classrooms; it involves fostering character, promoting teamwork, and supporting both physical and mental well-being.

Established in 1993, Sports Directory is the leading provider of sports education equipment and specializes in educational resources.

As a Client Relations Specialist at Sports Directory UK, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, processing orders, and promoting products to enhance the customer experience. Your ability to cultivate relationships, resolve issues, and drive sales will be essential for your success in this position.

You will collaborate closely with team members to oversee the sales inbox daily and respond to client inquiries via phone, web, or email, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to provide recommendations and promote additional sales where appropriate. Upon receiving an order, you will accurately enter it into the system, follow up as necessary, and address any complaints or returns.

This is a full-time position based onsite, Monday to Friday.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in a B2B customer service setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, and familiarity with SAGE is a plus.
