As a Client Support Specialist at Frasers Group, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and assistance to our clientele. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, processing transactions, and promoting additional products to enhance the customer journey. Your skills in relationship building, problem-solving, and sales will be vital for thriving in this position.

You will collaborate closely with fellow team members to oversee the sales communication channels daily, addressing customer queries through various platforms, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to provide informed recommendations and promote additional sales when suitable. Upon receiving an order, you will ensure accurate entry into our systems, follow up as necessary, and address any issues related to complaints or returns.

This is a full-time position based on-site, operating Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • A keen eye for detail and organizational skills to guarantee accuracy in all information.

While prior experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, all applications will be considered. Familiarity with SAGE software is a plus.
